Hall Details

Rent & Damage Deposit

  • Seating Capacity – 150
  • $500.00 – Damage Deposit
  • $400.00/day on Friday. Saturday, Sunday
(Covers the Rental Date from 9:00am – 2:00am the following day)
  • $600.00 for Weekend Rental
(Covers Rental from 9:00am Friday to 12:00pm Sunday or 9:00am Saturday – 12:00 Monday)

You may get an early key pick-up (6:00pm the previous night) for an additional $100.00

  • $35.00/hr for weekday Rental (Monday – Thursday between the hours of 5:00pm – 11:00pm)

Bylaws, Insurance & Liquor Licence

  • Renters and third party contractors must provide proof $2 000 000 liability insurence.
  • There will be no smoking, vapping, or cannabis in the hall or within 10 meters or 35 feet of any Doorways, windows or air intakes around the building. Bylaw #14614
  • Liquor License must be purchase with the serving of Alcohol.  
  • All music, live performances, entertainment must end by 1:00am.
  • Hall must be cleaned and vacated by 2:00am.
  • Ensure that no excessive noise or commotion is created outside the Hall (ex Shouting, Swearing, Music, etc.) that may interfere with the normal comfort of the residents in the area.
